From the moment you arrive in Germany, we are here to assist you. We will help you open a bank account, arrange for insurance, obtain a social security number, and schedule your language course. EuroJobzz is here to support you with any questions you may have.
You can upload the missing documents at any time. We will also notify you if your application is incomplete and missing any required documents.

2. Your application documents will be reviewed.
3. If your application is approved, the employer will receive your documents.
4. Then, you will receive an agency agreement and a power of attorney from us. These two documents must be signed and sent to us via email.
5. Next, you will receive an employment contract from the employer. This contract will be sent to you via email. The employment contract must be signed and sent to us via email.
6. Your work visa will be applied for.
7. You will receive an appointment at the German embassy in your respective country to pick up your preliminary visa from EuroJobzz.
8. After receiving the preliminary visa, EuroJobzz will schedule a start date for your work with the employer.
9.Following this, you will fly to Germany and introduce yourself to the employer. There, you will receive the keys and the lease for your accommodation.
10. Everything else will be discussed with you in person in Germany.
Generally, it takes 4-6 weeks from the time of application submission to the issuance of a preliminary visa. After your documents have been submitted and reviewed, the application is filed. The 4-6 week period begins from the time the application is filed.
Yes, you are responsible for purchasing your own flight tickets. They are not covered by us.
Accommodation options will be provided by the employer. Once the employment contract is signed, the employer can proceed with planning so that you have accommodation upon your arrival. EuroJobzz will handle the communication on your behalf.
You will be notified as soon as the application for a preliminary residence permit is approved. We will inform you at that time.
